DISPATCH
The on-line order process for www.saxangling.co.uk is available throughout the year. A confirmation e-mail sales receipt will be sent to you after placing an order via this website. 
When you place an order via this website your PayPal/Credit Card will be debited and there will be a time period depending on when you placed your order and actually receiving your items. Your order will be dispatched as soon as cleared payments are received from the on-line order process transaction company.
Orders are usually dispatched next day after receipt of payment. Please allow up to 8 days for non-delivery of items due to postal service disruption before contacting us.
Our method of dispatch will depend upon the weight of the item, smaller orders are dispatched via Royal Mail whilst heavier items will arrive by our courier. Our courier dispatch requires a signature upon delivery of the person that has placed the order via credit card. A daytime telephone number is also required during the payment stage to avoid any unforeseeable un-necessary delays in receiving your items.

If more than one item is ordered, the delivery is charged once, shown within the postage rates section. We can usually deliver to any address, but reserve the right to only deliver to the card holders address or a CONFIRMED PayPal address. We will contact you to let you know of any additional postage costs  incurred delivering to areas not covered here.

When you place an order with us, we will endeavour to despatch the next working day as per cleared funds notification. All products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any item due to selling out or shortages, we will inform you as soon as possible as to expected delivery dates. Items ordered over a weekend or UK Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.


REPLACEMENT OR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Every item we supply is covered by a guarantee, however certain conditions will apply. Firstly, any item which is received damaged or in poor condition must be reported to ourselves immediately upon receipt, we cannot be responsible for the postal service. If you are unsure of the appearance or condition of any item then please report this to us as soon as possible. Should you fail to inform us, and several weeks later, as this is often the case, we cannot offer any replacement. If in any doubt please contact us IMMEDIATELY for correct help and if necessary replacement or refund.
